Dependable, high quality work, and reasonable prices. They were 15 minutes early for our scheduled appointment. They installed our new Delta Touch kitchen faucet and we LOVE IT. My wife said she loves it more than me because when she's making hambuger patties and her hands are greasy, all she has to do is "Touch" the faucet with her elbow without getting the hambuger grease on the handle. Thank you Rick's Plumbing for suggesting the BEST kitchen faucet we've ever owned. We never knew that Delta had a lifetime warranty and would replace it if something ever happened to it. GREAT PLUMBING CO AND FABULOUS DELTA KITCHEN FAUCET!!! WIN WIN !!

Listen to "Ripoff." By all means, get a written estimate. I was ripped off, too. I can only assume that the work done was quality. But once I realized how they had ripped me off price-wise, I have decided to bring in an Oxford, Ms., inspector to make sure it is done correctly. I will post again if I learn of poor-quality work.

Told me they'd be here at 1, but didn't get here until 2. They were here 5 minutes and was going to charge me $107 to tell me that my fish tank was leaking!!! Really?? I ended up paying $75 because I told him that it was not right. I could understand having to pay for the cost their gas if I lived far away, but I don't. Ripped me off! Unless your willing to watch your money being flushed down the toilet, I would highly suggest calling someone else.
