Wish I could rate "0 stars"



The fee quoted was exorbitant; 2-3 times everyone else in town. However, because I am disabled and my spouse works full time, our house was in bad shape, so we agreed. Then, after they arrived at we left, they called and demanded half again as much. We agreed without question because we needed serious help and assumed they were actual professionals.



They did a lot of work, however, we returned to our bed piled with things higher than my head (as I am disabled and my spouse works full time, this was a major problem).



However, our $400 PlayStation 4, which had been seated SECURELY on a DESK, now disconnected and on the other side of the room, no longer works; the cords were apparently ripped out and the ports are broken.



When we called to complain, their answer was basically to yell at us, say we didn't pay them ENOUGH and call us liars, while switching between saying they "never touched it" and saying it "was piled on top of clothes & fell over".
