Burlington Coat Factory

This was my second time in the store. The first time I didn't get much of a chance to shop. However the store employees were very helpful. Me and my daughter just went in a few days ago. The store wasn't busy at the time. I was surprised since it was evening and close to Christmas. Got a chance to do some shopping. I was very impressed. One lady who at first, I thought was a customer, was an employee. She was very helpful. I was then greeted by two other ladies who were just as helpful who were also employees. The cashier, Karen, was very friendly. The other store employees I didn't get there names. But everyone was very friendly and customer oriented. I work in a store. And also in customer service. So it was nice to be on the other end of that. My only complaint is that they don't have much as far as plus size clothing goes. But the manager, who I believe, his name is Najeem, told me they were going to get more in. So, for anyone reading this,,,,,,,I hope this helps. I had nothing but positive experiences both times being in the store. I will certainly return to the store, especially since I was also given a coupon at the register!
