        Overall

        I bought A mattress January,an inexpensive model as Im on a fixed income. This $299.00 mattress began sagging very soon after purchase. I called Paul one of the owners,he came to my apartment, he clearly saw the sag in middle of mattress. He told me I should have slept in different positions each night , to allow mattress to even out.I weigh 115, I am a server.I am not about to lay in different positions every night. Paul took mattress away and brought back a new albeit same mattress. I went back to store to try to get my money back being fearful the same sag would happen.It did! No returned calls.
