        COMMENDATION FOR DR. LAKE

        Dr. Lake was my nephrologist for a number of years before my recent move to California. He was always very professional and answered all my questions. I had a a great deal of faith in him and would highly recommend him to anyone. When my new doctor read the reports & reviews that Dr. Lake sent with me, he was very impressed and commented on Dr. Lake's thoroughness.
