The best! Will never go anywhere else

I have been going to Beautiful salon for the last 3 years, and I will never go back! I switched stylists from Port Orange to Ormond Beach in December, and decided after 7 years of not dying my hair to schedule a color. I show a picture to the stylist, we talk about a beautiful copper red, and what I got was far from it. First, she bleached my hair for way too long in my opinion, as my head was burning in the first 5 - 10 minutes. After the bleach - she
applied the red color. After I processed, ashed out, and was looking in the mirror, I had a feeling I didn't get that coppery red I was looking for. So, she blow dries my hair, and I realized it was burgundy / red wine red!!! I immediately was not happy, but was told to take a few days and decide. If I did not like it, I could come back and she would fix it. I knew immediately that I did not like it, but I waited until they reopened on Tuesday after the weekend, and came in for a consult. At that point, they were trying to save their hides - I was told this was what I wanted, it looked like the picture, and this was copper (she apparently did not see any burgundy). My hair was MAGENTA! She told me to wash my hair, and use coconut oil to condition until my appointment to fix it. During the week in between the color correction, my hair started to turn pink from washing it every other day and using coconut oil. Copper colored hair color should not fade to pink in my opinion, but I'm just the client, right?

My color correction appointment finally arrives, and I am thrilled at the thought of no longer having pink hair! That is until I realized what they meant by the term free color correction! Basically, they used a bleach wash
in the sink to remove the burgundy color, then followed that up with a copper colored conditioner that sat on my head for twenty minutes. Oh and the best part?! I had to pay for my own blow dry for $25! Are you F'ing
serious?! My hair would not have been wet if you had colored my hair properly to begin with! I paid over $200 for this burgundy hair that I hated and didn't ask for, and all they can do is bleach wash my hair and apply some conditioner? Great way to treat your customers!

The days and months that followed were even worse! First, my head actually burned and hurt to touch it for several weeks, I had huge welts on my head from being burned, which then turned into an embarrassing case of dandruff,
followed by the color conditioner immediately being washed out of my hair! I even waited over 72 hours before applying shampoo to my head! My hair was so dry and brittle - I was almost tempted to shave it all off! I had to use
gallons upon gallons of conditioner to even remotely get my hair to feel soft. It has been 3 months since then, and I was so embarrassed by my hair that I would never take it out of a ponytail. The welts are finally healing
as well.

I urge anyone looking at going to this salon to seek somewhere else - ANYWHERE for that matter! Heck, go to your local Walgreens and pick up a box of Nice and Easy, you'll be doing yourself a favor, and you won't be out $200 nor physically injured from this salon.

I posted this review on Facebook, and was shortly blocked from their page, and most likely my review was removed. Sad really, as I believe the business and the clients should know the good and the bad!

This is my new FAVORITE PLACE! I was referred by my neighbor and went in for a free consult. I wanted my hair to be blonder and more shine. I made my appt and went back and I am so happy I did!! The stylist was so helpful in making sure my color would be perfect, she far exceeded my expectations!! I LOVE my new blonde hair and already made my next appt for a touch up!! If you want awesome hair go to this place!! I am really glad I didn't read into any bad reviews. I actually inquired about them and was given a truthful explanation that they are a small business and they have so many clients are try to make everyone happy but unfortunately only the bad gets attention on the internet. This is why I wanted to share my GREAT experience with the world, so everyone knows they should go here :)
