I never write reviews but I feel the need to because i am so happy about the incredible experience I just went through with Windermere Dental Group. I just sold my businesses and felt the need to spend a little money on myself so I decided to get Veneers and chose Dr moncada/WDG to do them and I am so pleased and happy with my results! Dr Moncada is truly a professional and a great person as well as Cindy and the rest of the team! I had 3 different cosmetic dentist look at my teeth and I chose Dr Moncada because I knew she was not only the most talented after I met her but I also knew she was the most honest! Which is hard to find in Florida :-) I want to publicly say thank you Dr. moncada, Cindy and everyone else who made my experience awesome with getting Veneers!

In 2014 after four years of being patients of Dr. Susana Moncada, we decided to change dentist. The last service that we received was a crown that she tried twice to make it right but that was never accomplished. Even though we paid in full for this service the office manager was very reluctant to do the right thing and complete the crown service, as it should be since the beginning. We paid in full for something that never was performed correctly, so even we have a positive balance in their billing system we decided to look for a new dentist.

Last month in October of 2016, after two years of not having any communication from Dr. Moncada, I received a bill. I sent a letter to her explaining that probably someone in her management system was trying to make a fraud and she was not aware of it. It look like a fake invoice because does not specify the service, the date of the service or the patient.

Another fact that makes me think this is a scam is, how is possible that the billing system does not identify any remaining balance for a period over two years? I noticed that in the Better Business Bureau this dentist office have experienced similar problems with the billing system in the past.

I asked her for a response to my letter and I mentioned that I will appreciate if the answer only comes from her because I don’t want to discuss this topic with any of her employees because they have already showed in the past lack of professionalism and customer service and by the way, that was another factor that contribute to our decision of changing our family dentist.

What I received this month from her, November 2016, was the same bill but with late fees.

So I filled a complaint in the Better Business Bureau so they can act as intermediaries.

I was curious to see if I can get the information for the lawyer that you used. Was just at their office for the first time yesterday, and looks like we will be getting into the same kind of situation... Please help!
