Village Townhomes

Do not move in to this slum, my car was broken into 3 times in a year, my neighbors car was broken into 8 times in a year. one of my neighbors town house was broken into.



nothing gets repaired and they change office employees every month so that their excuse for nothing getting fixed is that the last person did not leave a note to do it.



The only time I was able to get anything fixed is when I went to the office and yelled about them not fixing anything when people where there to look at a place to rent.



the pool is used for smoking pot and drinking at night at times cars would park in the gas next to the pool area to play loud music.



take a walk around looking at the ground you will find multiple drug baggies, so much for drug free area.... in the time I lived there I watched 3 drug raids, and the tenants where not removed they let the stay living there.



as for someone else's post about the bats.. they have a bunch living in the units, when they tried to remove them they did not go in and clean the attics so the attics are full of dead bats and waste.



the a/c units are not large enough for the buildings you can set it at 65 and the coldest it will get upstairs in your bedroom is maybe 85. half of the year I slept on my couch downstairs because in the summer the bedroom was close to 90.



also you will have no parking spot half the people there have multiple families living in units with 4 cars. the people that live there with only 2 move out after a year of living there since they get sick of how ghetto that place is..



if you are looking for a place to smoke crack with the roaches and bats this is the place for you



There is also multiple shootings in the complex next to this one and there has been 3 murders in this area in the last 3 months
