I have not had too many complaints about the customer service at this location until today. This morning I went to mail a package to my nephew who is serving overseas. A blonde middle aged clerk was very rude to several people ahead of me who did not have their label filled out. During a lull I asked for a customs form and instead of just handing me one she told me to get one near the entrance to the office. When my turn came she asked me in an officious, loud voice if my label was filled out. I asked her to tell me if it was properly filled out and she looked at it and just shoved it back and told me it was not. When I got home I looked at it and realized that I had not signed or dated it. This is why people are disgusted with the postal service.

They keep running into my mailbox! Left notes, to n avail, called today and complained. Told them i was going to set spikes that will puncture their tires next time they do it

this location loses mail on a regular bases.

We drop our mail off every day at this location because it's the closest to our office. We are told that people aren't not getting their mail within 1 or 2 days...addressed in or around the same zip code as ours? WHY? how can this be? what excuse is there? Once a check took over 1 month to get to it's destination...still in Florida? What is the excuse? We have had mail returned to us as 'unknown address' or "not deliverable" and the address WAS correct. The company had been at that address for years! We have had people mail things to us and they got that little yellow sticker on their envelope and we have been at this location for over 20 years. The address WAS correct. Someone is being lazy. Whatever system they have, it needs to change. It sucks! I see I am not the only one complaining!

This is bar none the worst post office i have ever dealt with. They misdeliver mail as a matter of course; the customer service is terrible, and they all seem to be brain dead. I mean if you can't get it together to get mail to the correct address shouldn't you be cleaning toilets instead??? The USPS should shut down this disgrace and let a neighboring P.O. branch take over the area.

Its bad that you move into a new apt you expect to get your mail...not I have not been able to get into my mail box since Jan 1st its now the 14th, and forget calling you don't get anywhere that way no one to answer it. And they really want to go up on the cost thats a joke I wish I had a job like that where you can ingore the public needs. If I could go paperless on all my bills I would have no need for a mail box but they make sure you get all the junk mail you need.
