I have been under treatment with you for a root canal since May of last year. I have been to your office over four (4) times after the root canal was performed back on May 7, 2014, due that I had and still have the same pain, discomfort and infection as the first day I went to see you. You as well as your staff kept telling me that I had to give it time in order for the inflammation to go down and the pain to go away. This is not my first root canal, I have had four of them, and I knew exactly that as soon as the nerve is extracted the pain immediately stopped, so since day one I knew something was very wrong.



On my last appointment with you, you referred me to your in-practice colleague, Avant, DMD for a surgery. When Avant, DMD, saw me, she realized that I do not need surgery that I needed to have a root canal on tooth No. 9, the same tooth I have been telling you over and over that was the one hurting. So it looks that because of your decision to perform the root canal on the incorrect tooth I will have to pay again the amount of $782.00 to have the root canal done on the correct tooth; meaning that the root canal will cost me $1,564.00 in order to have it done on the correct tooth.



Even though I am not a dentist or an endodontic I know exactly the tooth that hurts. In order to be sure that the root canal was done on the wrong tooth and that the tooth that had the calcified root did not needed to be disturbed because the nerve was already dead, I made appointments with two different root canal specialist and both agreed with me as well as with Avant, DMD diagnostic Even when I specifically showed you where the pain was the first day I went to your office instead of paying attention to the patient you decided to go with the family dentist, Carlos Colon-Bengoa, DDS PA, diagnostic.



I am not making Carlos Colon-Bengoa, DDS PA; responsible due that you are the specialist in root canal and you should have verified and confirmed Carlos Colon-Bengoa, DDS PA diagnostic before you even started to do the root canal. However, it looks that after so many visits you realized that the root canal was done on the incorrect tooth and at that point you decided to refer me to your in-practice colleague, Avant, DMD for a surgery instead of facing the facts and discussed them with me. I am really concern and very disappointed.

I have no words to describe how unhappy I am with Suzana Mancada's clinic! Went there to extract my wisdom teeth, they knew I was there for that and only that reason! They made me do an initial exam that cost me 47 dollars which I was ok with if it was to resolve my problem. In the exam an unexperienced treinee came to take x ray from my mouth, left me bleeding and could not get to my wisdom teeth and x ray it. Doctor Suzana Moncada came in, analized my mouth told me I had cavities to fill, cleanjng to do and recomended me to another doctor to do my wisdom teeth! Gave me a bill of $1000 dollars if i wanted to fix the cavities and cleaning and DID NOT solve the only problem I went there for! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! If you can go anywhere else but here!

Trinity Endodontics Dr. Crawford and Justiniano give me proper treatment by root canal therapy.

I will say all trinity staff are good and provide better facility for root canal retreatment.

My friend told me about trinity group is very positive such as proper treatment and better services for patients.

I went to this office because i was sent there by my dentist. I wasn't looking forward to this because of everything id heard about root canals in the past. Also, the reviews found on this page can be misleading.

I called and they ran my insurance and later on that same day they called back and told me what my financial obligation was going to be and I thought that was impressive. They actually picked me up at my house because I didn't have a ride and the young man that took care of that service was very knowledgeable and entertaining. I saw a lady doctor and her assistant Maria and they were very nice. I felt I was in a 5 star hotel or something. They were so pleasant and accommodating.

I got someone to pick me up after the treatment and they told me to call if I had any questions. I think I called them 3 times for different questions I had and they were able to answer them and another doctor that also works there even called me back personally to answer one of my questions.

Nice place, super people.

his is the worse experience I have ever had, they do not know how to deal with their patients, always having problems submitting claims to the insurance they screw you over if you do not pay attention, he broke my tooth and still trying to charge me $4000, because they did not claim it correctly with the insurance. plus they never gave me an estimate before they start working, I never agreed to pay a penny, we were exchanging business and after I finished everything and gave him everything for free they are trying to charge me an arm and leg for something I did not agree to do so.

Just be careful do not do trust people, do not do business with Doctor who does not care about his name and his word of mouth
