The Women's Center of Orlando

I actually went to the location downtown Orlando Office and saw Zipoli, Kaitlyn, this was my first visit and I can actually say I had a great experience, I have not had a doc that actually spoke to me like they were concerned and Kaitlyn made me feel as though she cared. I recommend her to anyone. Im not sure why reviews are the way they are but of course everyone can have different experiences, but mine was great. Thanks Kaitlyn

I called the Women’s Center office early in the morning and spoke to a wonderful telephone counselor. She was patient in answering my questions regarding the same day abortion pill procedure and I made an appointment for the afternoon. I was 11 weeks pregnant by sonogram though I thought I was only 7 weeks along. The staff assured and completed in 24 hours or less. I was told that they perform the one day abortion pill procedure from 3 to 24 weeks in one day or less in over 99% of patients without the need of having to perform a surgical procedure. The medications were given to me and I took them as instructed. The pregnancy tissue passed approximately 11 hours after taking the last medication. I went back the next to make sure that the process was complete and it was. Everyone at the Women’s Center treated me well. I was happy with my service and I hope that anyone finds themselves with a pregnancy that is unwanted go to this office. They are absolutely wonderful.

I looked at all of the abortion facilities in the area to have my early abortion performed. I did not want to have surgery so I wanted to have the abortion pill procedure. The only place that offered the one day pill procedure was the Women’s Center on Lucerne Terrace. Other places I called said it may take 2 weeks or longer for the process to be completed. The Women’s Center said that 99% of the time, the process is completed in 24 hours or less. Everyone in the office smiled and was very nice. The inside was clean, modern and neat. The Doctor was very kind and took his time asking me questions and made certain that I was comfortable with the one day abortion pill procedure. I took the medications as instructed that day and had very little discomfort throughout the evening. After a little heavier bleeding and discomfort that occurred about 6 hours after taking the medication, the bleeding suddenly slowed down as the Doctor stated would occur after the pregnancy tissue passes. The following day I went back for the sonogram to make sure that there was no pregnancy tissue that was left and there was not. I was very happy with the results. The one day abortion pill is amazing! I recommend it to everyone!

I found out the day I emailed the medical consultant at the Women’s Center that I was 23 weeks pregnant. I knew had little to no time to terminate the pregnancy after speaking to several abortion facilities in a three state area. None of them were willing to see me within the time criteria that I had and the fact that I needed the abortion process done before I was 24 weeks except for one. The medical consultant told me that the procedure that was used at the Women’s Center’s was the abortion pill procedure where the process is started and completed in 24 hours or less. The medical consultant told me usually between 10 and 16 hours the procedure is complete. The other facilities that I called stated that the process normally takes 3 to 4 days as far along as I was. Since this was something that I needed to be away from home the shortest time possible due to my family responsibilities I chose to go to the office. The staff and Doctor were extremely warm, good hearted and kind. The process was started and completed in 11 hours. I had no side effects. I am very thankful for the Women’s Center being there in my time of need. I suggest anyone who has the need of a late abortion contact them and have our procedure done at their caring and comforting facility.

I just wanted to leave a comment regarding the exceptional experience that I had at the Women’s Center on Lucerne Terrace. I emailed the Doctor regarding several questions who responded immediately and answered my questions. He made a VIP appointment for me where patients are in and out of the office in 90 minutes or less. That is exactly what happened when I went into the office. While there, the doctor who was on duty that day and staff were kind and provided me the best in professional care. I would recommend anyone needing abortion care to use this facility.
