        Overall

        I agree with Ade S! This place is horrible. The staff (Miranda and Steve) are clueless. They lost my rent payment and I'm still trying to get them to acknowledge it. The staff is completely rude. I'm pretty sure my money went to them for personal use. At least five cars have broken windows in the parking lot from breakins. I called corporate in Michigan and they called the same inept staff I had been dealing with. No help there. The grounds are covered in dog doo. No one ever cleans up. Sickening.

        This place is disgusting! The caliber of people is very low. The staff has no idea what they are doing. It's like having work with children who don't listen. There is trash everywhere, you can hear through the walls, the cops are constantly in and out, our neighbors were broken into and we have caught people trying to break into our cars. It is unsafe and the staff refuses to care or do anything about the safety of their tenants. Over all, everything is DISGUSTING. We are moving back downtown, away from the ghetto trash that this complex supports.
