The Serrano Apartments

This complex is nothing like it's portrayed on any web site. The pool is never clean and has almost no chlorine in it, tennis court is slowly crumbling away, buildings are falling apart and very out dated . Inside the apartments when things need to be fixed it's either not fixed properly or not fixed at all and you are told by the office manager that they won't fix it cause it's a classic unit. And on the topic of the staff here... All leader and managers are slackers and unprofessional to the point of doing drugs and having sexual relations and having kids with residents. Everyone in the office does their job very well except management and same goes for maintainence staff all are great but the manager. The company owners are never here and when they are nothing is done and the office becomes falsely nice well management. All this is unprofessional and if it was known before hand we would have never moved here. Money is waisted on replacing unimportant things and thing that need to be fixed are ignored. To top it off there are times when you need to speak to the manager and she is not there cause she is gone for hours or does not show up. Laziness, unprofessional , rude, racist ( manager of maintenance always making racial comments and jokes in office around residents and future residents), unorganized and lack of proper work ethic sums the Serrano apartments up pretty well. Management on both office and maintenance needs to be replaced or actually investigated by the TVO COMPANY .
