Safelite AutoGlass

I was not pleased with the customer service I received the other day. I went to have my windsheid replaced .The first thing I was told that I would only have to wait up to two hours. I sat there for two hours only for a man to come out with a piece of paper reading off each car and telling the owners how much longer they would have to wait. I was praying my car was not on his list. Sure enough he called me and I had to wait an extra hour now. 3 freaking hours !!! That wasn't even the end of my horrible experience. After waiting and finally getting my car back about 20 mins into my ride I went to put my sun visor down and noticed the wire for my blue tooth which was under the cover for my roof  had not been put back and attached to the new window. I have attached a picture. I Since I was already late for an appointment..



I couldn't turn back around. I made a call to safelite and told them my situation. I asked what time they closed and the lady couldn't give me a time. She just said to bring the car back and that someone is always there. I asked again and same response. After this I decided to call the Safelite main number. I was told someone from the corporate would call me within 30. No one called by the way. I end up coming 20 mins before closing time to have them fix it. I asked the guy who gave me my car back what happened and all he could do is shrug his shoulders. He didn't  Didn't have anything to say. I Will never EVER EVER use you guys again. Won't even recommend you guys. Poor customer service and work!!!

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND NEVER USE THEM!!! This company gave me the run around for 3 days. First two times they never even showed up and on the third try I got a text that a tech was at my location when he never was. I called the tech and he said that he was still 30 minutes away because he had to go back to get some tools??? He apparently came back but only texts me a message that he's back. NO PHONE CALL!!! I miss the text message by 20 minutes and I call them back and they tell me they can't come back for another 2.5 hours. This company is HORRIBLE and they only offer CUSTOMER NOSERVICE!!!
