        SPAM for first contact

        I am not, and have never been, a patient at this practice. Today I received a SPAM message on my cell phone saying, "Paul" (not my name) "You are overdue for your dental visit." and the phone number. Although it's a real phone & dental practice, this SPAM in no way convinced me to call. Impolite at best.
