Yes, the office is very beautiful but the reception makes it one of the worst health experiences I have encountered. I have been several times thinking maybe was just off day but every time was the same- snippy attitudes, no desire to perform "customer service"- they don't send reminders and expect you to make your appointment as soon as you check out and when you forget down the road (because I feel I am like most people where if I set an appointment 6 months down the road I'm rather stumbling blind into it and don't remember). There have been times where they ran out of Flouride, which is fine stuff happens, but when asked when the next shipment would arrive so I could receive my treatment and after being told it was uncertain, I asked about if they could let me know to which they scoffed and said "we don't do that."

It is really too bad that the reception is terrible, as the front of your business I would expect you to ensure it was a positive one, and the fact that the doctor does not even have a procedure to send reminders? With all the ability with technology these days you don't even need to spend the money on stamps and could invest in email or even text technology like other offices, never have I seen an office that won't send reminders because one would think you want your customers back in the office on time but not this one... I am currently looking elsewhere for a new dentist.
