Fast Food no longer

June 29. 2009. Order taken 11:01. Waited in line several minutes. 1 cashier on front counter. Manager standing under screen, providing back-up. Drive thru one cashier. No awareness of customer service. Does McDonald's still have service requirements? Order on receipt for 11:01. Big Mac value meal. Medium. Received food at 11:06. 5 minutes?! Nothing changes if nothing changes. Thank you.
