Ivey on the Lake Apartment Homes

Not worth the hassle. I was a resident for three years and wouldn't recommend anyone to Ivey On The Lakes formally known as Lake Mann Garden. Shootings occur quite often. Even though you don't pay for water, they've turned the water off on the regular with no notice. The walls are very thin,so you here all your neighbors come and go. Alot of maintenance half done. Their 24hour emergency maintenance is a joke, I called after office hours on a very cold night because my heater wasn't working and no one showed up until the next day. Management could be rude at times. So, In my opinion I would not recommend anyone to Ivey On The Lakes, especially when raising chidren.
