I have been to this place once...and I'm honestly saying...I have NEVER experienced such a treatment to customers from any kind of service I have ever got in thr world...if you have any level of dignity pls do not go to this place....there is no respect whtsoever to the customer...forget abt customer...basic humans!!!

I feel so sorry for having been so such a place and i can never forget the bitter experience...they are liars, no integrity, racists, u name it...it is them..they are a couple running the place...

I have a labradoodle and a couple of months took her by Pets Are People Too to get a price on getting her cut and was told it would be $70. I decided to giver her other groomer another chance but was still not happy so took my doodle to Pets Are People Too. I went to pick her up and was told the cut was $85. I reminded the gentleman that I had brought her in a couple months ago to get a quote and was told it was $70. He just kept saying her cut was $85 because it was a scissor cut. Which is ridiculous cause we had that discussion when I dropped her off that since I wanted her hair only 1" long he could use the clippers. (He had already told me the day before that he could go as long as 1-1/2" with the clippers.) I told him fine, I would pay it but they wouldn't see her again for sure. Then when I get home and start checking out the haircut I noticed that when they shaved her underside they went to far into her right front leg so that when you look at her head on she has an ugly bald spot in the front of that leg. And overall the haircut is no better than what I had been paying $50 for. I just want everyone to know what a rip off this operation is and would not reccomend them to anyone.
