I called Florida Mobility and Medi trying to help my Dad get home oxygen. Was getting no where with insurance and another nationwide company. Wanted to order it direct - as a self pay patient so we could having something while the insurance figured things out. The nationwide company did not seem to know how to handle a self pay customer. Jim was beyond helpful - listening to what we needed and accommodating us. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Customer service second to none. Thank you Jim
