"My family has lived in rentals pretty much my entire life, and now I'm here by myself with roommates that were assigned to me by the staff without my family. But, the people in the office, all the employees in fact, make me feel at home. It seems like everyone knows my name and/or apartment number. They follow up on maintenance requests until I assure them they've been resolved, and they are very nice.

I've lived here for a little over a year and although it's certainly not the fancies complex in the UCF area it is the cheapest and I haven't really had any problems.

I really enjoy living here. I loved how you held events to get us all together. The staff is great and always make themselves available.
