Coast Dental

This is the worst dental office. Had them do my dentures its been 2 months and the dentures are falling out of my mouth. They want more money in order to fix it. If u want to save money and time never go to this office.

I had my first appointment with Coast Dental and I am still horrified and angry about my experience. The customer service was horrible. I stayed for almost 4 hours, just to get x-rays. I observed the receptionist put patients on hold while she was on a personal call. The assistant was snappy and rude to me...as well as the dentist. He told me how horrible my teeth were in a very mean, demeaning way. He made me feel hopeless while discussing treatment. When I told him I had another appointment he cut me off saying "yeah yeah yeah"! He was very rude. I will never go back there again. After the way I was treated I'm not letting them anywhere near my mouth! My previous dentist (out of state) was very friendly and gentle. Coast Dental demonstrated the EXACT opposite. I'M RUNNING AND NEVER LOOKING BACK! I'D RATHER HAVE MY TEETH FALL OUT THAN GO BACK TO THEM AGAIN!!!
