DivorceOnce a divorce has been finalized and approved by the court, everything in the divorce agreement is binding. The court expects that all the terms of the divorce agreement will be carried out. When they are not, you have a right to ask the court to enforce them for you. Be sure that you have an experienced family law attorney who will fight to see that your rights are protected.
Child SupportAs in many other states, child support in Florida is determined by child support guidelines (set by the Florida Statutes) that use a formula to calculate the amount of support. However, in order to get the proper amount of support from that formula, the proper numbers must be input.
Child Custody and VisitationOur areas of practice include divorce, child custody and support, mediation, and domestic violence. We advocate for fathers’ rights and mothers’ rights, no matter the situation. If you are in a situation and need assistance from an attorney, but you are concerned about the financial burden, we may be able to assist you.
Paternity• Child custody, time sharing and visitation: To the divorcing parent, nothing matters more than child custody. We understand that, and we will approach these cases with all the passion, care, and concern we’d employ if our own children were involved. We consider it a privilege and an enormous responsibility to help you fight for the children you love. We take that responsibility very seriously. Whether you’re approaching a child custody dispute as part of a divorce or any other kind of dispute (paternity actions, for example), we can help. Ask about our ideas for child custody mediation and negotiation (they can be very effective).
Premarital AgreementPrenuptial agreements are a hot topic, and a lot of soon-to-be-married Floridians aren’t quite sure what to think about them. The same is true for postnuptial agreements. Is either one the right choice for you?
Spousal Support• Prenuptial / Postnuptial Agreements: A prenuptial or postnuptial agreement can be used to define property ownership and allocation prior to (or during the course of) your marriage, as well as to outline the terms for alimony and other obligations in the event of divorce.

AssaultDomestic violence does not only happen between a husband and wife, although most people think of this as the primary case of domestic assault. In reality, domestic violence can occur between family members, people living together, or even separated or divorced parents living in separate homes that have a child together.
