DON'T LIVE HERE!!! At least not if you like your money. I have been a resident for the last year and have had problem after problem with the new management company. in particular 2 ladies at the office, Sholanda and Stephanie. If you ever need anything from here Monica is the only one who will actually do anything or listen to your problem and try to fix it. the other two are simply useless. here are some things that have happened during our stay:



1) my tires and rims were stolen off my car during the night. (cost was $800 to replace). when i went to the office to ask what they were doing to fix this reoccurring problem, they simply said " there are some things in the plans but nothing can be done right away." there have been many residents who have asked for there to be a camera put in and the office refuses, saying it would be too expensive for them. (yes that was their actual response.) by the way, the thiefs come back about every 3-6 months and steal more rims. as far as i know none of them have been recovered and no one has been charged. unbelievable.



2) we had a massive roach infestation one Thursday to the point where we did not feel comfortable sleeping in our apartment. i put in an emergency work order and went to the office to ask when the pest control guy would be there, as i wanted to meet him and explain the situation. the office told me it would be Wednesday before the pest control would come. meaning my wife and i would have no place to sleep for 6 days. i then asked if they would do anything at all as far as compensation for a hotel room or anything. and they declined, simply saying we would have to wait a week for the pest control guy to come. so i went out and spent more of my hard earned money buy pest control supplies and fixed the apartment myself. so again. if you like your money, don't live here.





also, don't believe the prices on their website. most of them are 50-100 dollars less than the actual price before the pet fees and other hidden fees. I spoke with sholanda and had her go on the website to look at the price of a unit, even after i proved her 'quote' wrong, she still said 'sorry but we can't offer the prices on the website.'

DO NOT MOVE IN !Recently bought out .new management are 100% incompetant.here your car will get vandalized, broken into and even stolen , ( wheels) also . they have absolutely no security , poor lighting , the invitation to mischievious acts.

Monica and tai are complete idiots , rude and just ------ bags .

Apr are moldy , fleas and roaches , dogs deficate everywhere , lands are not kept up at allTrees previously broken just sit where they fall causing major hazards ,

Holes throughout landscape produce dangerous trip hazards , management refuses

To do anything about mosquito infestation .jacuzzi is a health hazard and a danger not to mention an eyesore.Maintenance takes a long time to repair anything and usually does half of the job. but they atleast try as for management they ARE RUUUDEEE!! and are not pleasant to deal with in the least bit ,are not helpful at all .A man deceased here and they wont disclose that will they .worst managed apartments since they were bought by new company . equity was a 100% better company.
