Cinemark University Mall

I have very good experiences with this theater. They care much more about their customers than they do about money. We bought tickets well in advance for the Dark Knight Rises, midnight showing. When we went to the theater about an hour early, it was already completely packed. We sat in some unsatisfactory seats, and decided to see if we can exchange these tickets for a different day/time. Despite the fact that they would lose money from this anyway you slice it, this were very willing. They even gave us $5.50 back because the showing we exchanged it for was a cheaper showtime. I left with a great taste in my mouth, and i highly recommend this theater.
