Extremely hard to get someone on the phone. I've been calling to get a prescription for 2 days straight. I've had enough and I will be switching to different practice.

If this office wasn't so close to my house, I would switch doctors. This office staff is something to be desired. It always seems like they have 20 people in the office, but the service is brutaly slow. I will say they are trying to get better.

RUDE RUDE RUDE! Every time I call this office (If I can even get though! Its usually busy or no one answers) the staff at the front desk treat me as if I am bothering them! I don't know if they hate their job but if it weren't for patients they wouldn't have one! And I agree completely about billing. They denied me service over a measley $20 bill that was due that I had already made arrangements with the billing office to pay with my next pay check! I guess they probably really are that hard up for $20 because all of their patients are walking out on them...and I am one of them. It was bad enough I had to wait up to an hour at one point to see a doctor and can't even get through to the office but their bad attitude just takes the cake. I DO NOT recommend going to this doctor. Their are enough other competent practices in the area.
