The negative review was in 2010. Let me tell you about 2017. It's a 180-degree difference.
As a Realtor, I deal with community managers regularly. I have NEVER had a more Professional, Courteous and RESPONSIVE team than the one in place here in Jacksonville. My questions are directed immediately to someone who knows the answer or calls right back with it. If documents are needed, they are provided quickly and accurately. When a service call has been made by my clients/residents, there was a knock on the door within two hours. I am referring to their operation of the Hillwood Condos where all you have to do is drive through the complex to see the impeccable attention to detail. Every building, every tree, shrub and lawn is meticulously maintained.

I've dealt with this company for more than 7 years. Almost every time I've had to call and deal with them over the phone, I've found them to be very rude and sometimes incompetent in their record keeping. Their attitude of me working around their schedule and on their watch is completely unacceptable, as I am the paying customer. Unfortunately, they run my homeowners association so I'm stuck with them until I find the time in my busy schedule to become more active with the board of directors to lobby for a new property management company. That time will come, but in the meantime I'm stuck dealing with these rude women.
