I brought my Mother's Pride scooter in due to some off clicking noise coming from the front wheel. They kept it for a couple of days. I called to check how things were going with it. I was told by the Tech working on it that he can't find anything to fix on it. I asked if there was a charge for this? He replied "no sir no charge" The next morning I came to pick it up and the Manager of the location hands me a bill for $93.75! I asked what that was all about? And informed him that his employee advised me there was no charge. He said no there is a charge! Then said who did you talk to? I said I don't know his name? He went out back... I waited 5 minutes all the sudden the tech came out and explained once again there would be no charge and scratched out the amount due. I feels the Manager tried to pull a fast one on me! I WILL NO LONGER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT THE MEDCO LOCATION!!!
