The price you were given was for the standard jewelry for a lip piercing over the phone $30 by one of the tattoo artist, you did choose to purchase the upgraded jewelry for a $10.00 fee. Apologies for the misunderstanding. Also I did everything to accommodate you and the client who was with you and gave you both free jewelry to utilize once your piercings heal completely to compensate you. Standing firm on our prices isn't rude, we have the best prices in town with the most experienced staff. Again apologies for the misunderstanding seeing as you both left tips we were under the assumption the situation was resolved.

I just went to All Aces for a tattoo I've been wanting for a long time. I was so nervous because it was my first BIG tat. Kristen was so amazing! She talked to me the whole time so I calmed down and actually had a blast while I was there! I wanted to be surprised so I didn't look until she was completely finished. I was so happy! The colors so bright and beautiful! I LOVE MY NEW INK! Thank you Kristen! I've gotten so many compliments and keep telling people about Kristen! I'm definitely going back for more!!!!!
