Absolutely terrible experience here. Brought in my car for an oil change and tire rotation. Specifically asked the clerk (Jamie) several times to make sure that the tech would be careful with my low-profile rims, as they had been damaged before by another shop. Come back to pick up my car and find out that the tires had not been rotated, and the passenger rear rim had curb rash in several spots. First, I spoke with the service clerk Sammy who had a sour attitude and could not explain why the tires were rotated or how the rim was damaged. I asked to speak to the manager, to which Sammy rolled his eyes and stated that the manager would be around eventually. I saw the manager (Rhandy) peek out from his cubicle, then proceeded to walk by several times without acknowledging me. Finally, after I called him over, he asked what I needed. I explained my situation to him, he came out to look at my car and basically said there's nothing he could do. He also could not explain why the tires were not rotated, yet it stated that they did so on the work order. Then his clerk chimed in, well the tires are staggered on this car, so we cannot rotate them. I informed him the tires were not staggered, they were all the same size. He then said well they have uneven tread wear, so we cannot rotate them. I informed him that the tires had less than 5,000 miles on them, so he was full of it. He just rolled his eyes and said whatever. Then the manager took some pictures of my wheel and said, call another service manager tomorrow, it's not my problem. I told Rhandy I was not leaving until I had some paperwork to verify that an incident occurred at this location. He proceeded to scribble his name on my work order and stated "Customer complained one wheel is scratched." I called corporate headquarters as soon as I left to file a claim. We'll see how his manager handles the situation.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! After I had an oil change done, My car was returned to me filthy dirty! I have a beige color interior. No paper was put on the floor , it was smeared with grease and soot from his shoes. The door handles and steering wheel had grimy black grease all over it. and when I complained, they could care less!!

I agree with the other 1 star rating. I make a point to avoid this place. I had my battery changed from the office in Hamden, CT. The bill came to over $140. They said they had probelms getting the battery out. The threads were stripped. I don't buy it seeing that once they were working on my car, it only took 10 minutes to finish.

Horrible service.

Went there for some noise in my back tires.

They charged me 450 and never fixed the problem.

Won't reimburse me.

They treated me very bad.

Called corp and never responded to my voice mails.

Don't go there and waste your money.
