Place sucks,rots they don't know how to cook real Italian food.They should go back to New York,and bring few with back to new York?

I would not advise going to this place. I had two out two bad experiences with an unfriendly, non-customer focused staff. Something as simple as allowing you to share a super large Lasagna plate with two small children seems like a no brainer.



They want to charge extra to simply cut it in half. I can understand a fee like that for an open salad bar, but not under this circumstance. They were very rude when asked why the fee. When asked to just bring one out (no split), they completely ignored the request bringing out two anyway. I was fine to let it go, but then the owner visited my table in completely confrontational way. I expressed my view kindly, and then let them know of some other concerns I had with the meal – minor stuff that you’d think they’d be able to address.



I explained that the hostess didn't get my order correct, and gave the wrong order to the kitchen, and honestly didn’t deserve a tip for the overall service (and I TIP everyone at 20% regardless.). When expressing that to the owner, her reply to me was “shame on you” in front of my children. I asked them to box up the meal. They then wanted to charge for a splitting fee even though we never touched the food. It ended with them keeping the food, and them saying don’t eat in my restaurant.



They have absolutely no customer service skills, a sense of entitlement, and zero manners.

This place is awesome! I ordered pizza, bruschetta and the broccoli w/ pasta and it came w/ bread and a salad. We had it delivered and it was still really hot. The food was so fresh and the flavor was amazing! You can definitely tell the food is handmade. It's well worth the price! Bambino's is my new favorite Italian restaurant! yummy!
