        Overall

        In 2010, we rented a Budget truck to move from Orlando to Deltona. Our reservation was to be returned by 4pm on a Sunday, but when we got there, CLOSED and NO after-hours returns. Last weekend, we rented a van from them, it was a HUGE mess! People who rented cars had to wait 2 hours for their cars to arrive from othet stores. I had to wait 4 hours to get a moving van (the van was returned to Altamonte Springs, flawless).
