Don't buy a carport from this company unless you are willing to wait a LONG time for delivery. We ordered a carport 4 months ago. Today is the third time they have scheduled delivery. First two times were a no show and it looks like today will be another. We have taken time off from work to be available at the times they scheduled, have called several times and still no carport. After 4 months, we asked for a refund since they were violating the contract by not delivering the item. They said we couldn't get our money back. We pay in advance, receive nothing and can't get our money back to purchase from another company? Pretty poor business practices and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER. Worst experience with a company ever! Doesn't even deserve a one star rating but they don't give an option for a - star.
