Archer Purdue has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. During the purchase process they slipped in a life insurance policy by implying it was included. They gave us options to upgrade but never explained that it was an extra charge and optional. After I caught it they promptly removed it from our purchase agreement, insuring the charge would be taken off of our loan. It has been sixth months and the "insurance" is still on our loan earning interest. We have called and stopped in only to receive excuses and the runaround. Stay away!

This car dealership doesn't care about their customers. They are allowing us to drive a truck that has an intermited brake problem. This truck has been up there 5 times to be fixed and they can't fix the problem. We have had 3 other service places look at our truck and one almost went through his shop because the truck wouldn't stop but they still think we are liers. Don't ever buy a vehical from this place. We were threated tonight by the Owner Brian Purdue stating that he is going to kick our **** if he sees us anywhere in town. So we have a truck that is not safe for our family and no one up at that dealership will help us. We have been band to go there again just because we wanted our truck fixed, they called the police on us and banded us. Please do not give them satification by buying vehicals from them.
