Annandale Gardens

There is mold everywhere in the apartments. And it's not only ours other people we have spoken to have the same problem in their apartments. There are two pools but one or both are closed all the time. The front pool by the office has had algae growing on the walls the whole summer. The air conditioners on the outside have pollen and dirt caked on them so it's hard for the air conditioners to run properly. I will not sign another lease with them.

I have lived in Annandale for about 8 months now and so far I have not had any issues. The staff has always been very friendly to me and my wife. My particular building is very quiet. My opinion is that this is a nice place to live.

This is a good place to live. I have never really had a problem with anybody. Like any place you live, there will be obstacles. but the staff here will help you through them.

dont rent from here they are very rude people. They took a month to fix my air conditioner in the summer and it took them about 3 week to repair a window that some children broke and they made me call the police on them and it was an accident. annandale is horible.
