I scheduled a repair and they didn't show up. No call or reply to my follow up call. A few months later, I thought I'd give them another chance. Same thing. No show. no call. Don't waste your time.

Excellent experience with Elite Golf Carts. They are now my 'go-to' golf cart experts. Very knowledgeable about modifications and improvement options, and also very responsive. High degree of professionalism and integrity. My wife and I felt very conformable and we are not going anywhere else for our cart, they are down to earth and can talk in layman's terms, we understood everything explained to us.
