I went to upgrade my basic phone to another basic phone, and the representative (Chris Anderson) told me that I could not use my upgrade on a basic phone because "they are trying to push people into smart phones" (his exact words). So, I paid full price for a basic phone, and later that night, I found on the internet that I COULD use my upgrade to get a basic phone, so I bought another phone online using my upgrade. When I went back to return the phone I paid full price for, I was told that I would have to pay a $35 restocking fee. Despite the fact that I only bought the phone because Chris wrongly told me I could not use my upgrade, they refused to wave the restocking fee. I talked with the store manager (I believe his name is Dominick Rizzo), who also claimed to be unable to waive the fee. He was very rude - every time I would tell him what Chris said, he would reply "no, he didn't say that", despite the fact that HE WASN'T EVEN THERE! When I finally gave up and accepted the refund w/fee, on the refund comments, he wrote "Just didn't want" (another lie!). These people are liars, and they work together to make you feel like you're the one that's wrong. At the end of the day, they successfully cheated me out of $35. I will never be back, and I suggest you do the same. This was some of the worst customer service I've ever seen from a business. Try one of the other nearby Verizon stores instead.

This is not a company store, it is a franchise. We were lied to by an employee, then the manager told us our bill was fixed, but it was not. Use the store at 119th street if you need assistance.

What a nice environment! The staff was super friendly. Typically you would think of phone stores much like used car dealerships, really pushy and rude, but this store is friendly and relaxed. Bobby sold me a phone that I really like and will for a long time. Kudos to the staff. I will be back for my next phone!!
