This place and the owner are straight up cons and thieves! They've stolen thousands of dollars from working people, handicapped people, tornado victims, and anyone she can steal from. SHE'S AS SORRY AS A PERSON CAN BE!!! Never ever give her any money, she will take it and you"ll get nothing. Real low lifes here.

These people took our $10,000 'down payment' after having us sign 'papers' on a new home, knowing we were turned down from mortgage company & told us we were approved @ then filed bankrupcy!!! We lost our home in may 20 tornado & these folks stole our money we borrowed from our retirement that we thought was a down payment on our home!!'

We had our trailer totaled out after the. May 20 tornado. They have done everything to help us get into a new home. And they did get us a nice home so thank y'all so much from the bottom of mine and my wife's heart. So if you need a new home go to wheelers they care and will do everything possible to get you into a new home

We gave Wheeler mobile homes $500 in earnest money on 7/27/2011 to buy a home contingent on our land deal going through. Our land deal fell thru and Wheeler Mobile Homes refuses to refund our earnest money to us after we were promised by Gabe, the sales manager, and Beth Reaves, the Sales person, that it would be refunded if the land deal did not work out. We have called several times, emailed, and visited the dealership, even signed a "check return authorization form" which they told us would get our money returned, and every time we are passed on to someone else or they will not return our phone calls and emails. We received no goods or services from Wheeler mobile homes for them to keep our earnest money. When we gave them the earnest money check we were told that they would not cash it until we found out for sure if we were going to be able to purchase the land, and they cashed it anyway, after telling us they would not cash it until we had the land purchased which again did not happen. We have been trying unsuccessfully for 5 weeks to get my money back with no results. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
