I went to my first vape meet and met the people from Vapor Island. They were real cool and down to earth. I went by their store and bought a pro tank II. They set it up for me and put the juice in and showed me how to take care of it. The juices are the bomb! I even got a MVP battery along with a big bottle of their blueberry crumble juice. This place is awesome!!! You guys should check this place out!

I have been to many vapor stores and most of them werent very informative the staff at vapor island was very friendly and helpful they showed me how to use what i was actually buying how to change out my wicks and clean my tanks properly which other stores hadnt even informed me i needed to do at all i will def keep all my business with vapor island in the future!!!!

Vapor Island rocks!! They have awesome flavors and the staff is very friendly they have always been more than willing to help me with any problems I have had.

Was very dissapointed.. I started going there when they had the store further down, and I love their new store, but hate their customer service. The first manager they had, Shonda, was horrid to begin with and insulted me twice. I heard she left so I went in there again, and they still seemed to not care about people. I got more help from a kind quiet girl who worked for them more than her superiors. They all seemed to not care about actually helping me, or acted like it was an inconvenience to do so. Flavors arn't all that great, either, but it's better than their horrible staff.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE SUCKS. I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD BE FIRED IF I TREATED PEOPLE THEY WAY THESE LADIES TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I have been trying too quit smoking and have done well until Vaper Hut was destroyed in the tornado. I started using Vaper Island and I have been treated bad by the employees there. I bought 2 kits and out of the 2 kits with 4 batteries and tanks 2 batteries and 3 tnks worked. I went in less than a week later and was told they could do nothing. My friend who also bought a kit with a scratched and broken battery 5 days ago that never worked was also told there was a warranty but they would do nothing. All we wnt to do is quit smoking and find a vape store that has helpful customer service in Moore Ok and Vaper Island has stolen our money with their lies.

My boyfriend and I have been to Vapor Island several times and we are always treated well by the staff, who all have great customer service and exceptional knowledge of all they have to offer. They stand by their products and if there are any problems they are more than willing to assist in any way. They have a new place that is larger and a fun island atmosphere with great displays which glass encased so it's easy to check out all the products. It's a fun place to hang out and try all the many flavors. With a great location like theirs, we will definitely go there again, and again. Thanks Vapor Island for a healthy alternative to smoking.
