This is the worst place to live. Things don't get done if you ask and when they do fix something it breaks again. The worst is if you don't slander all the other residence like the manager does you will be attacked. It's the most unprofessional disgusting place ever. The owner won't do anything if you describe problems. They just ignore you and the manager tries to evict you. Merritt properties is the worst company in the United States! They have an F rating on the BBB. Just stay away!! The area isn't safe either and the schools are terrible!
