They have some red vested dork that is supposed to be helpful, I asked for help with something he told me one thing and when I got to the counter they told me something totally different. This post office can't find its way out of a bag

Post office ALWAYS opens 5-10 minutes late. Only one window open when the line starts before the doors unlock. Customer service is always rude & unhelpful. Been there 5 times, always the same experience.

They are really unhelpful, terrible customer service and don't follow through on delivering packages. I wish were we never assigned this post office as our pick up point. Almost always a painful experience.

Sloweat post office i have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. i tried to mail a package on my lunch break one day (i work within walking distance of this post office) and with only 4 people in front of me, it took my entire 30 minute break and i was late returning to work. It has been that way every single time i have used this location. One day i did an experiment. I went to this location and noticed the people who were standing in line 4 people) then drove to the other USPS location 2 miles away and mailed my package, then came back to this location. That took me a total of almost 20 minutes. Two of the four people who were in line were STILL waiting. It is well worth it to drive a couple of miles out of your way and use a different location. You will save a LOT of time. lol

I have been trying to contact this store about a package at their location for 7 hours. No one has answered the phone, and there is no place to leave a message. I have called other USPS stores nearby and they say they are known for this kind of thing. DO NOT ship your packages through USPS if this is your post office location. If anything goes wrong, they will not be there to help you resolve the issue unless you can appear at the location personally.
