        Overall

        These people hate their jobs and are awful, miserable people. The lady that we dealt with our special needs family member was so ghetto acting and rude its not even funny. And if I don't get ahold of someone soon, I will make sure you ALL feel the wrath. You just don't treat people like that. Sorry your folks are soooo miserable. But don't take it out on a mentally challenged child and their family, advocates, whatnot. I would give ZERO stars if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!!
