The Mail Chute

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. If you can get your fingerprints done anywhere else, I would. I could not unfortunately. If you are getting your fingerprints done, you will have to wait until all their shipping customers are gone before they will fingerprint you, even though it only takes a few minutes. Once you get in there and they actually are doing your fingerprints, if a shipping customer comes in, they will go help THAT customer while making you wait, and then they'll come back and finish fingerprinting you. Oh and you HAVE to have an appointment to get them done, but why does that matter, they're not gonna see you at the time you made the appointment if there are shipping customers in there. So stupid. Also, the guy told me my fingerprints are "lousy" for someone my age (I was born with them lol I didn't do anything to them) because I have very fine fingerprints that are hard to take.

Kills me to even give 1 star. Horrible costumer service! I had finger printing done (for employment) by an old man; he jammed my fingers a couple times into the box, treating me like a fake doll. I asked a very simple question and he bit my head off. I let him know he was being rude and he yelled at me and told me I was ignorant and I just didn't like his answer. I let him know I would not be giving the mail chute a good review. He screamed loud (at me) as I was walking out the door with my eight-month-old son, "Go for it lady!" I have never been treated so poorly by any (supposed) business person in my life. This guy should not be working with people, very bad customer service. It is too bad there was no one else there to witness his atrocious customer service or lack thereof.

Girls were just hanging out in the back acting unprofessional, and refused to help me because it was 3 minutes before 1pm. A family member had fingerprinting done here and they were extremely rude to them. Would definitely not recommend doing business here.

The ladies are really friendly when i walk in and the i love how the girl at the counter is very friendly and sweet every time i come in.

Only 1 star because I could choose no stars. The man that runs this business is rude and very hateful. He even told me his moto is to never help out family or do anything for free when I told him I was mailing something off for a family member. Will NEVER use this place again!

This is a great place to have a mailbox. I've had one here for almost 6 years with no problems. you can still access your mail box 24-7 if you sign up for a key. I've had to move several times in the last 5 years and i don't have to change my mailing address.

Worst run company in the state. They lost a package and due to their record and accounting practice they can't verify the package was picked up. What method do they use? They put your package against a wall and if it's not against the wall later they assume it was picked up. The man behind the counter started cursing at me when I told him UPS had no record of it being picked up. They are incompitant!!!!!!!! Beware. I'll never use that worthless place again.
