I am editing my review because the president at Terrascapes worked very hard to earn back the trust that had diminished from a deeply unfortunate exchange with an office staff member handling their phones. They do fine work, and should be commended for trying to make things right.

The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and seem truly dedicated to the services provided. A++ on customer service and friendliness. Would recommend them to anyone.
