I had recently purchased glasses from an optometrist. I began gaving some eye issues so I was sent to an eye specialist. She prescribed prisms for my glasses. She sent me to Sams
Scott has hone gone above and beyond to help me. My first pair of glasses I purchased from the optometrist I picked out myself. Scott told me they are too dark too heavy for your face
He picked a pair I would never picked
I wad hesitant but have gotton soo mamy compliments. I have to also have a tint for migraines and florescent lighting. Scott took care of everything! Other people have told me they oay $800 to $1500 for prisms

Having had a eye injury as a child then surgery on the eye, wearing glasses was more than a problem, never had glasses that fit my special need, so I went with out for years seeing mono. I went to Sams hoping to be able to have lenses put in a frame that I bought, not from them, that didn’t matter to them they put one lenses in and it didn’t work, but Sam wouldn’t stop trying to help me see correctly, he went and made up a lense in a different frame and I could see perfectly, I’m totally thankful and appreciative of Sam’s knowledge and his willingness to help me see great again. The whole staff is very cordial and willing to help you. Can’t say thank you enough to everyone there .

I use to work for SAM THIS WAS MY BEST JOB EVER, and dealing with eyeglass's the patient is also involved in the prescription they receive and what they ask for, I have done eyeglasses for 29 years so the patient needs to know what they want and understand what they are asking for!! I absolutely love this place. The staff is not only very professional but they are very fun!! If I lived in the city I would want to work here. It's that fun to go in!!

I Absolutely love this place, every year I look forward to seeing the workers new and lifers they always take Good care of me.

The owners son makes most of the decisions and he was all I've the place. I couldn't get a straight answer about price, when the glasses would be done...etc. I'm a student and work so my time and money are limited. When they finally did get them ready, the lenses were not correct. They ended up having to be remade and they treated me like I was the problem and became rude and dismissive. The fitting was horrible too. I had a pair of Ray Bans that I had to go back 3 times to get fitted and they bent them out of shape so bad I had to take them elsewherr (LensCrafters) to get them fixed. It's a rushed place, they don't take their time at all. It's all about numbers there and not customer servcice. That's highly important with something as personal and necessary as glasses. I won't go back.

I have had a hard time getting fitted with the correct prescription. Sam's has been cordial and willing to work with me to get the best glasses even tho it was not their problem. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good pair of glases at an economical price.

Made my glasses and had a terrible time. Went back to my Dr. and the glasses were not made correctly. My Dr. said never go to fast optical shops. They make them fast but not correct.

I had a very pleasant experience working with the staff at Sams Optical. The selection is very large and prices are excellent. I would highly recommend.
