RBR helped my mother get her disability. And not only that, but while we waited for her to be approved, they showed us how to apply for insurance that we would never have known about. And about assistance programs with her medications until her insurance was turned on. All our questions were answered so quickly and they explained everything and made sure we understood. We just felt we were in the best of hands and are so grateful for the care and compassion we were shown.

The law firm of Ryan Bisher Ryan Phillips & Simons gave me the worst customer service I have ever received from any lawyer. They advertise “free consolation” this was conducted over the phone and in a rude manure. Apparently they are not interested in helping people only hand picking clients.

While explaining the incident we were constantly interrupted and spoke down to. Worse of all, when I had a concern rather than letting me state my concern and weighing in on whether or not it had legal merit, the lawyer would interrupt, laugh and argue with ME the potential client rather than even letting me even finish. I would expect a legal PROFESSIONAL to hear all of my statement before interrupting me and leaping to conclusions.

There is a lot more I would like to say but decorum leads me to just say there is an incredible amount of competition for attorneys. I will never deal with them or recommend them to anyone. If you are considering them for legal assistance shop around before you decide. I will never pay money to be treated like that.
