        NO NO NO

        These apartments have beautiful grounds, but that is where the story ends. The buildings are old, poorly insulated, and in a state of disrepair. Overworked maintenance personnel are asked to make repairs beyond their skill level. The owners live out of state. The office staff is friendly enough, but often you have to repeatedly call in order to get them to follow through on any issues.
