OKC Vapes

I went to the OKC vape store on 50th to purchase a new atomizer because mine was dropped into water and apparently they don’t sell atomizers anymore because they had nothing to sell me and instead they suggested I go to one of their competitors or drive to their Yukon location. I opted for the latter so I drove 21 minutes out of my way to buy one from the Yukon shop. When I got there the gentleman who was there was unfriendly and somewhat rude. I bought what they had available and left. By the time I got home my atomizer fired up and started working just fine. I called to see if I could return the unopened kit I walked out with and had own for like ten hours & of course they said it couldn’t be returned because all sales were final. I could understand that if the item was opened, I get that policy for their liquids but for unopened unused items that have been in a persons possession for less than 24 hours makes no sense. I do not recommend this company and although I have shopped with them for several years I will be looking for new vape shop for all my future purchases and will highly be recommending to others to not shop here.

OKC Vapes is the worst place to go in the City!! They have about 10 people working with two customers in the store and it still takes forever to get out of the place. First time I went I purchased a EGO Winder 1100 model, after a week it stopped working the light on the button would just keep flashing, so they talked me into buying the EGO 1300 model - it was a better battery - they never have problems with it, blah blah blah. Well I purchased this on 3/4/14 and on 3/16/14 the same problem happens again! I saved the receipt just incase it happened again. So I went in today to get a replacement, first they wanted to charge me $2.50 to test it out? So talked with the Manager he put the Tank on no charge.. lol and he unscrewed my tank to where it was hardly on the battery and told me it was working fine. I told the Manager I wanted it to work the way it was supposed to and he said he couldn't do anything for me that I could buy another one? There all about the money and there juice really isn't anything special, I go thru almost a five pack of wicks every two weeks because they make there juice so thin it floods from the bottom of your tank into your battery. They use water in there juice, a lot of other places don't. Don't waste your money here!! Go check out Vapor kings or Creative Vapor its worth the drive!!

I stopped in today and found the shop with a lot of good flavors and nice equipment really enjoyed there new strawberry cake and there honeysuckle really nice. very friendly people and I had no problem like benny and no one else that came I when I was there did.

Online purchase, no problems, Great Juices

same old thing. I been here 2 or 3 times. didn't think anything special, but people were nice and prices seem average. someone please tell these people they should consider the customer/parking space ratio. not dissatisfied but not impressed. hope to see more improvements to the store.

I have tryedwveyrhing tobquit smoking bu have had no luck and my sister set me up with this product and it has worked great i havent had a cigerret in two weeks and i feel much better ty for everyone who took part in this for me god bless u

I have gone to a lot of vape stores in the metro and surrounding areas and OKC Vapes is by far the best there is! The place is constantly busy and they remodeled the store to make it bigger and wow, what a difference there is. The wait time is so much faster and I've never had better customer service!

This place may be busy, but the knowledge base and customer service makes this place well worth the visit hands down! Highly recommended.

This place has a great variety of flavors and i like that you can sample multiple flavors at once and taste your own mixes that way before you buy. I'm not crazy about their lack of Kanger tanks, so i go to Vapor Hut for my equipment. If you go here, you must try the Zulander. Also the dragonfruit and Bavarian cream makes a tasty blend.

They have good products at reasonable prices, but have the most inefficient operation I have ever seen. Be prepared to wait a LONG time for anything. The sampling bar seems to be the hold up to the whole thing. Why do they need to have every flavor in every strength? 1 strength would suffice. Also, make it self service and put the flavors on the wall like everybody else. People get trapped in there for so long the parking lot gets full. It's just crazy. I will drive to Edmond before I subject myself to that zoo again.

I was a regular costumer at okc vapes. I loved it. Had a great selection of juices and accessories. I spent a lot of money everytime I went in there. One day I purchased a e-twist battery for around 30$ and within less than a month it was defective. I took it back in less than 30 days AND I had my receipt. They have a huge sign hanging in the shop that says they do warranties on BATTERIES and chargers if its been less than 30 days and u have the receipt. So the owner pretty much tells me its my fault that it happened and he cant replace it. Horrible costumer service. I will not be going back. Ill go drop my money somewhere else. They want to charge a lot of money for their accessories but DO NOT want to back it up. Hope you consider this before going there. There are plenty other vape stores popping up! :)

Not impressed. They left me sitting at their bar for 20 minutes. It was like I was invisible. Won't go back.

Have tried them all and this is simply the only place to go for e-juice and ecigs. They are honest, nice, and will help a newby learn the ropes. They sell quality merchandise and thoroughly understand vaping. They are opening a new store in Norman and I hope they open more soon!!

This place is fantastic. The prices are great and they honor their warranties. They are very easy to work with. This is where I send my friends!

E-juice is awesome! Good blend and taste and the price is great!
