        I was HIGHLY disappointed. Not...

        I was HIGHLY disappointed. Not only did the therapist not listen to my needs they cut my massage short stating I was late. Um, I arrived 10 min early the therapist did not greet me until 2 min after my appointment time. Then they stopped 10 min before my time was up.

        I contacted the owner and needles to say that was a waste of time he was no help what so ever. Then had the nerve to try and get me to sign up for a membership. HE NEEDS HELP. NEVER AGAIN

        horrible massage

        yeah it looks fancy and they have great hours, but the therapists i've had are bottom of the barrel. from what i hear, they treat their employees awfully and pay them crap, and the turnover rate is VERY HIGH . you cannot get out of your memberships either, even if you can't find a therapist that you like!!!! Find someplace else, because this 'chain' doesn't do it right!!!!!!!!!! waste of money!
