Integris Hospice House

My experience was wonderful. My mom was in this hospice house for four days. ALL of the individuals to include the nurses, aides, chaplain and doctor were fantastic. They dedicated their time and efforts to keeping my mother comfortable and also took care of me (by providing food, place to sleep, etc). Not sure what happened back in 2013, but I would recommend this place to everyone who needs hospice assistance.

Wow - Sorry to hear of this bad review below me, but our experience was wonderful. All the nurses were caring and did all they could to keep my mom comfortable at the end of her life. I notice the review below was in 2013. Our experience with them was recent in March 2014. Perhaps they made some changes? At any rate, we felt blessed to have them in our situation.

This is by far the worst place I have ever been to. You would think since you loved ones are dying the staff would be caring. At this trashy place the nurses leave to go to Sonic to get breakfast right when they clock in. They do not perform vitals and they talk down to family members. My grandma refused to pass away there and came home to meet the Lord with her family around her. We had a nurse that was very hateful and requested her not to help us. She had the nerve to confront us! Still makes me mad. I can't stress enough how horrible these "nurses" are.
